“Beautiful scenery, but I felt that this tour was very commercialized. An hour at Killarney national park for a horse drawn carriage ride. Half hour at some model village. Group lunch (35-50 people). This could be time spent much better. Still giving it 4 stars, as the second part was lovely. But not sure I'd do it again. I would prefer a different tour.”

“Our guide, John, was hilarious, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept the day lively with his humor and fascinating stories about the history and culture of the region. The scenery along the Ring of Kerry was absolutely unreal, every stop felt like a postcard come to life. The sheepdog demonstration was such a highlight! It was amazing to watch the dogs work so skillfully. And yes, John has a true Irish accent, which only added to the charm. I had to listen closely at times, but had no trouble following along. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Killarney!”

“The bus driver — Batt — provided knowledgeable insights throughout the trip, which included both general regional history as well as his own familial connections with places we saw. He was delightful, and even sang a few times. Now, there were a couple of stops which required cash. The company should let you know that. Also, they said you could bring your lunch. What they didn’t warn us about was not being able to eat your lunch indoors since you’re not a paying customer. We found that to be the opposite of the graciousness we’ve experienced throughout Ireland.”

“Absolutely loved this trip. Beautiful scenery with some awesome little stops along the way. Loved our stop in Kerry Bog village and even got to watch a sheep dog performance. John and Sheila were fantastic as our tour guide and driver respectively. John even helped our girls get a cultural exchange by arranging for them to ride the train with some local Irish kids. Probably the best tour we went on during our time in Ireland.”
